Police concerned for welfare of missing Totnes man

Police have appealed to the public to help them locate a man missing from Totnes.

Colin Cozens, 50, was last seen at his home around 10.30am on 12 September and police are concerned for his welfare as his disappearance is totally out-of-character.

Officers are carrying out enquiries to locate Mr Cozens and asking for the public to report any sightings to police.

Mr Cozens is described as 5ft 9ins tall, of slim build, with a bald head, blue eyes and facial stubble.

He has Chinese writing on his left wrist. When he was last seen he was wearing a khaki-coloured waterproof jacket and jeans.

Anyone who sees Mr Cozens or knows of his whereabouts is asked to contact police on 101, quoting log number 0436 of 16 September
