Pensioner dies following motorcycle collision

A 79-year-old man has died following a collision with a motorcycle in Plymouth yesterday, Sunday 3rd June.

The incident happened on Desborough Road at around 12.15pm. The male pedestrian was involved in a collision with a motorcylce, an orange and white KTM 125cc. The pedestrian was pronounced deceased at the scene. His next of kin have been informed.

The motorcycle rider was admitted to Derriford Hospital with serious injuries.
