Cllr Mike Morey, Cabinet Member for Infrastructure, Environment and Culture for Torbay Council, said; “We’re delighted to be bringing Playing in the Streets back for a second time. Last year the activities really added some colour and fun to the high-street and were enjoyed by hundreds of families. Supporting our high-streets wherever we can, really makes a difference – especially to local independent traders.”
