Police appeal for witnesses after pedestrian serious injured in collision

Police have appealed for witnesses and dashcam footage after a pedestrian was seriously injured in a collision in Exeter on Tuesday, 28 November.

The incident, which involved a Vauxhall Astra, happened happened on the junction of Market Street and South Street at around 4.50pm.

The pedestrian, a woman in her 60s from Exeter sustained serious injuries and was taken to Derriford Hospital. The driver of the car was uninjured.

The road was closed whilst investigation work took place.
