Police are currently at the scene of an incident in Totnes this afternoon, Monday 27 March.
An area is cordoned off near the Steam Packet Inn on New Walk.
The police diving and marine unit are also at the scene.
The nature of the incident has not yet been confirmed, updates as more information becomes available.
