The body of a man pulled from the sea in East Devon yesterday has been identified as missing Dartmouth man Martin Bennett, police have confirmed today.
Martin Bennett (also known as Ben) aged 57, was reported missing on Sunday 4th November.
Kingsbridge police said on Facebook today: “It is with deep regret that a body of a man pulled from the sea in East Devon yesterday has been identified as 57 year old, Martin ‘Ben’ Bennett, who was reported as missing from Dartmouth. His family have been notified of the discovery and would like to thank everybody who assisted in any way in the search.
