Police warning after man seen acting indecently outside school

Police have warned the public to be vigilant following a report of a man acting indecently outside a Torbay  school last week.

The incident happened on Thursday 3rd May at around 3pm outside White Rock primary school gates on Davies Avenue, Paignton.

Police have stated that no children were present at the time of the report but it was near to the time when children would have been leaving school to make their way home.

The man was described as being white, 5ft 6″ tall of square build in his early 20s, had a dark complexion and short dark thick scruffy wavy hair, wearing dirty clothing consisting of light grey tracksuit bottoms and light grey hooded top with a black money belt around his waist.

Police have asked the public to call 999 immediately to report any sightings or behaviours of this nature to the police quoting CR/038167/18
