There are reports from people at the scene of a gas canister exploding. Smoke can be seen across the area.
There were already delays due to the A38 being closed due to investigation work taking place following a serious collision involving a caravan earlier today. Traffic had been diverted onto ths A380.
Emergency services are currently at the scene.
It is unknown if anyone has been injured.
