Update: The road is now clear.
There have been reports of delays around the Avenue Road/Old Mill Road of Torquay following a collision this afternoon, 2nd August.
The accident is thought to have involved three vehicles.
The road is currently blocked (2pm)
Emergency services are at the scene.
