Ash Hill Road in Torquay is currently closed due to a fire.
Emergency services are on scene with at least two fire engines present (One parked up at a nearby restaurant).
The road is completely blocked both ways.
The road is affected from Oriental touch to Castle Road.
Traffic is coping well with no delays at present (3.45pm).
