Road closed due to fire in Torquay

The Strand in Torquay is currently closed both ways this evening, Monday 18 July due to a building fire.

Police and fire crews are at the scene.

Fire crews are also working at the rear of the building.

The road is closed between Victoria Parade and Belgrave Road, with delays around the area.

It is not currently known which building/s are affected or the seriousness of the fire.
