Shiphay Avenue is currently closed in both directions following a serious accident this afternoon, Wednesday 9th January.
A vehicle is reported to have collided with a tree and another vehicle.
The road is closed between Shiphay Lane and Marldon Road following the accident earlier this afternoon.
