A 17-year-old local boy has been arrested and charged with five sexual assaults in Torquay.
The charges follow reports of sexual assaults on two women on Friday 8 July in the Wellswood area of the town.
Police had appealed for witnesses following the assaults on a 67 year old woman and a 51 year old woman in separate incidents.
The teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been remanded to appear at Torbay Magistrates’ Court today, Tuesday 19 July.
