Police are appealing for information after a charity shop was targetted by thieves.

£150 was stolen from the till at the Devon Air Ambulance shop in Kingsbridge at around 3.30pm on Saturday.

Posting on Facebook, Kingsbridge Police said:

“We would like to speak to these three very distinctive people. A White male, possibly Eastern European, in his late 50’s, large build, 5’10” tall, wearing a trilby hat, who was in company of two females who were about 5’4″ tall, overweight, and wearing long bright dresses down to the floor. One had a pink waistcoat.

‘We would like any local businesses to check their CCTV so that we can get a good facial image of the trio. This is a particularly sad crime and we would ask the Community to pull together to help identify these three people.”

The Police can be contacted on 101.
