“We are sorry to say that there are still some delays to recycling collections after a significant number of staff recently had to self-isolate following a confirmed COVID-19 case within SWISCo. Thank you for your continued patience as we appreciate this has caused some inconvenience.

“SWISCo are not able to work this weekend so if your waste is still awaiting collection, and you are able to, please take it back in and put it out again for Monday morning.

“We believe we will be able to catch up on all the missed collections next week.

“Once again we would like to thank you for your patience in these difficult and challenging times.”
