Emergency services remain on the scene of a huge blaze in Exeter city centre which started early this morning, 28th October.
Fire crews have been at the scene in Cathedral Green since around 5.30am after reports of a fire at ‘The Gallery’ building. The fire then spread to The Royal Clarence Hotel next door.

The hotel had fortunately been evacuated before the fire spread. There are no reports of any injuries.
